Seton Villa

Our Mission

A Mission Statement for Seton Villa flows from the philosophy of service of the Daughters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul. This philosophy underpins a service that acknowledges that every person is unique, created in the image of God, and has inalienable rights - the right to respect, to be recognised as an individual and the right to develop and express their true self in a climate of justice and truth.

All residents of Seton Villa will be afforded the necessary supports to establish routines and patterns of living inherent in the community in which she resides, and to which each one in her own personal giftedness contributes - being valued for what she is and not what she does.

The present lay management of Seton Villa, together with the Daughters of Charity, uphold the gospel teach that: "Christ came on earth so that all people may have life and have it to the full. He cared for those who were sick, those who were disabled and those in special need."
