De Paul House provides emergency housing, family support and outreach services. It is administerd on behalf of the Catholic Diocese of Auckland by the Daughters of Charity and a dedicated team of staff and volunteers.

Parents and children can stay together in security and dignity. Families of all nationalities and religions are welcome. Families have opportunies to have some breathing space, strengthen the family unit, set goals and plan for, and work towards, affordable housing and independent living.
Specific aspects of De Paul House services are advocacy in accessing and utilising entitlements
and other public services, counselling, referral to community services, playgroup, education for life and living skills, children's holiday programs, recycling of donated furniture and household goods.
